Requirements for label paper for spice tin

The labeling paper for food grade spice tin requires good sealing of the packaging of the spice tin. The following are the requirements for the labeling paper of spice tin used in food packaging:

1. The adhesive used for label paper must be food grade and must not contain harmful ingredients to the human body.

2. The printing of the grid label paper shall not be blurry, the font shall be skewed, there shall be no double colors, and there shall be no fading phenomenon in the color matching error. The standard shall be based on the sample of "paper cylinder outer label paper".

3. The label paper must be aligned with the lines, and the lines should be offset by 0.5mm. The label paper must be tightly attached to the can body, with no wrinkles or bubbles on the rolled surface as the standard. The surface is flat, not dirty, without protrusions or bubbles, and the smooth surface of the tube is aligned with the front of the label paper.

4. The width of the adhesive on the edge of the label paper should be within 2-5mm, and the adhesive should be applied evenly without any leakage. After bonding, the adhesive should not be opened, and there should be no adhesive marks on the surface. The external direction of the adhesive should be correct.

5. The upper and lower cover labels should not be higher than the can body by 0.5mm and should be aligned with the end face of the can body.

6. The label paper for the entire can should be 0.5-1.5mm higher than the can body.
